We all, at sometime in our life, have thought of ways to be as healthy as we could be. We notice health articles, health books, and advertising and realize that this must be a way of life. There are times when we are feeling some kind of guilt for not doing what we need to do to be as healthy as we should be.

We simply have to discipline ourselves and set aside time to get healthy in all areas of our lives.

We sometimes feel overwhelmed with every day events and all the things we must do. Taking time to evaluate and prioritise by importance the things we want to accomplish every day. This should be done at the beginning of every day. Sometimes we feel that we are to busy to deal with all these different areas in our life at the same time.

That is, why, whatever you feed your mind, your sub conscious will always be aware of these certain things. So we should nurture our bodies and mind so we can reach our full potential. There are many ways to exercise the mind as well as the body. The body and mind work in unison. One without the other is not balance.

Physical Fitness is a major component of a healthy balance. The food we eat and the exercise program we have set for ourselves play a major role in how we feel and react to daily situations.

So to put in perspective there are three keys for a healthy balance.

Key# 1

Physical Fitness: Exercise daily or at least three times per week. Keeps the body functioning properly. Eating proper foods for nutrition and strength so we have the energy to exercise.

Key# 2

Mental health: Keeping the mind active and progressing is an absolute must. Read daily use memory techniques and problem solving.

Key# 3

Financial health: Keeping up with your finances by saving money along with making money so you won’t have to worry about your bills. Money worries is one of the most stressful aspects of our lives.
